Agregat R-N Inc. is looking for a Business Systems & Continuous Improvement Specialist to help drive the next phase of our digital transformation.
Following the successful implementation of our Acumatica ERP system, we are looking for someone who is passionate about business processes, technology, and continuous improvement to help us maximize the value of our ERP and support the continued growth of our organization.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys understanding how a business operates, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing practical solutions that increase efficiency.

Main responsibilities
- Provide internal support and guidance to ERP users.
- Analyze and improve business processes across multiple departments.
- Develop reports, dashboards and business intelligence tools.
- Optimize ERP modules and workflows.
- Coordinate ERP improvements with external consultants and software partners.
- Assist with user training, documentation and standard operating procedures.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and process automation.
- Help identify opportunities to reduce manual work and improve data quality.
Qualifications and skills sought
- Has experience working with an ERP system.
- Has a background in business analysis, operations, project coordination or process improvement.
- Enjoys solving problems and improving how work gets done.
- Is analytical, organized and highly motivated.
- Has strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Is proficient with Microsoft Office and reporting tools.
- Experience in construction, mining or industrial environments is considered an asset.
